BC Amateur Sport Fund supporting:
Nanaimo Rowing Club and Nanaimo Canoe Kayak Club's
Loudon Park Activity Centre and Boathouse

Nanaimo Canoe Kayak Club and Nanaimo Rowing Club have partnered with the BC Amateur Sport Fund to raise funds to benefit its Loudon Park Activity Centre and Boathouse Project to replace the ageing and inadequate facilities at Loudon Park.

Nanaimo Canoe Kayak Club and Nanaimo Rowing Club have committed to raising $100,000 towards the cost of the training centre, with an additional $100,000 coming from the Rotary Club of Nanaimo North and the remainder (approximately $3 million) funded by the City of Nanaimo.

Your donation will help transform Loudon Park into a premier training and racing destination for paddling sports and rowing, providing safe and accessible year-round boat storage and training space for rowers and paddlers of all abilities.

The BC Amateur Sport Fund is the BC chapter of the Canadian Council of Provincial & Territorial Sport Federations, a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association with charitable status (CRA number 88938 6868 RR0001).The BC Amateur Sport Fund is administered by Sport BC to promote participation, competition, and governance in amateur sport across Canada.
